Corduroy Trail Ride, 2009

The Corduroy Trail Ride is a Warren Thaxter-designed one-day trail ride with two days of activity. This is a non-competitive event held in conjunction with the Corduroy Enduro. The trail ride route will be mostly on a separate course from the enduro but will have some more difficult optional sections.
On the trail ride route, riders will enjoy some of the best trails in the Haliburton Highlands with no pressure, no timekeeping, no bottlenecks and no hurry. Just ride, enjoy, view the vistas and maybe snap a few pictures. Enjoy a couple of meals with fellow off-road enthusiasts in a congenial environment. Spectate as some of our best North American racers vie for the "new" Canadian Enduro Championship Series title and the coveted Corduroy Log.
Please note: This will be a GPS guided ride with some arrows where precise direction is needed. All optional sections will have signs/pie plates with further directions.
Don't own a GPS? No worry, just team up with someone who does. We will have a number of organizers with GPS who will act as guides as well.
